At Young Arquitetura in Lavras, Brazil, I had the opportunity to design the interior design of a unique residential project tailored for a couple who desired a multifunctional space. Their vision was a two-story home that combines a personal living space and a pub. The upper level was designed as the couple's living area, incorporating industrial design elements to create a modern yet cozy ambiance. The use of exposed materials, such as metal and wood, alongside strategic lighting, creates an industrial touch. The ground floor introduces a pub complete with a stage for live music performances, designed to host gatherings and live events. This space contrasts the upper level with its use of darker, textured materials, enriched with vibrant splashes of color to enhance the lively atmosphere. The inclusion of the couple’s own yellow bar stools, chairs and pool table adds a personal touch, integrating their personality into the design.
